Faces of Hope is a proud partner with the Ada County Sheriff’s Office. As the largest local law enforcement agency in the State of Idaho, the Ada County Sheriff’s Office is committed to giving every citizen the best possible service. They make this possible through being responsible for almost every law enforcement function within the county ranging from police patrol, to emergency dispatch and running the jail. In addition, the Ada County Sheriff’s Office is also responsible for issuing drivers licenses and concealed weapons permits, patrol county waterways, and serve civil process from the courts.
The Ada County Sheriff’s Office thrives under the leadership of Sheriff Stephen Bartlett. Bartlett became responsible for the largest law enforcement agency in the state of Idaho in 2015. Prior to this role, Bartlett has served as a 911 dispatcher, jail deputy, patrol deputy, detective, K9 handler, polygrapher, crisis negotiator, patrol sergeant, jail sergeant, lieutenant, Chief of Eagle Police, and administrative captain. Ada County is lucky to have such an equipped leader in Sheriff Stephen Bartlett.
